Haha, seriously though as a Packer fan I'm a little sad to see him go to MN, but business is business and I wish him and the Vikings the best. The one stat he doesn't have is that he's never thrown a pass that has been intercepted by the Packers.

Yeah, well, we all can't find Aaron Rodgers in the 2nd round instead of Tjack...the future is far from bright. Our defense is getting older, the packers just started rebuilding theirs with a gem of a QB leading an explosive offense. Next couple years the Packers will likely own the division(Chicago's defense has not been improving, Lions, well 'nough said).

Rogers was a first round pick, not a second rounder.
Green Bay and Minnesota both have 2 players on defense over 30 so I don't see how one unit is aging and the other isn't.

Pwned. IDK why I've always thought Rogers was a 2nd rounder. 24th pick, so might as well have been. Either way, their defense was a siv, and they have a new system this year so...? Their best 2 corners(really seal up the defense by being able to be on an island in man coverage) are both over 30(Harris-34, Woodson-32). Have they really had anyone else step up for them in that position? Kampmann will be 30 by the middle of the season, and he is actually switching to OLB, which could be interesting at his age. We shall see.

Bein a long time packer fan...Favre goin to vikings is still hard to believe. But shit happens! Cant wait to watch him play for the vikings for the first time in Lambeau with a purple jersey on....and watch his ass get sacked for the first time and watch the crowd go nuts haha.

I dont think vikings fans have developed enough of a craze over AP compared to the packers fans with farve, so i dont think we could imagine it yet.

I think our offensive line is too good for the packers to penetrate to farve. These two games are going to be a blast to watch though. DAMNIT im excited for this season
