Ok, I have no use for this stuff at all anymore...
Password JDM Whale Penis Intake. Comes with everything you'll need, filter too...although I strongly think you should just go on password JDM and buy a new one. Has small crack on the underside from hitting the fender from the previous owner, doesn't effect it at all and not really noticeable.
D-series DC header...it's a header. A little dirty but I will clean her off good. Pictures do not do it justice.

Negative, the crack is from the passenger side of the car being caved in by a suburban.
IIRC, there is also a crack on the TB side where the coupler goes.
