Riced out escort?

Ok almost every day, after I leave work at integrity, this dumbass in an early 90's multi-colored escort gt comes racing up behind me, almost to the point of tailgating, but then changing lanes and just roars by me. There have been a few instances like that. This car has apc stickers on every angle of the damn thing, a dinky aluminum wing, an auto zone fart can, and what escort wouldnt be complete without the pimp chrome hubcaps. im sure there is more stupid little stuff im forgetting but that definetly sums it up...Im pretty sure this guy went to south last year, I swear he was in my auto class...but anyone know him or seen this car?
