does anyone remember that old abandoned truck stop on the way to the track? that place had some of the creepiest shit id ever seen. its like people just stopped going to work one day. all the shit was still in there years after.

Was it the one that's torn down now on the north side of the interstate, along 336? I think it was because it was contaminated or something? idk tho.

What'd you experience in comstock? Anything fun? Or just heightened sense of worry?

me and some friends (7 of us) went out there tryin to scare a buddy of ours really bad. we were in there for about 40 min and had the kid walking around with a glass shank in his hand and covering his ears he was so scared lol. we had 3 of us go there before to hide and mess with shit as we walked around anyway when we walked out there was 6 sheriffs waiting for us. long story short they tried puttin 2 years in jail and a thousand dollar fine on us for tresspassing and vandilism. there is a lot of crack pipes and shit layin around the gym though lol. and its kinda weird how the gym floor is all wavy. none of got anything cuz they had no proof of damage and there arent any signs anywhere sayin its private property.

very strange feeling being inside of it and we all could have swore we saw things. Im not really a believer in that stuff but it was definatly very strange. When we were leaving a guy that leaved near by saw us crawling out a window and shot a gun in the air and started yelling/walking toward us. We took off pretty quick haha

THSI ONE. one of the creepiest places ive ever been. there were actuall bums in there so you didnt know what youd find but the stuff i did see was so strange. like dead gutted dear in what looked like the magazine section of the gas station part.

Ya we used to go out there a lot, but some dumb kids vandalized the crap out of it and now they keep an eye on the place.

The times i've been in the RTC, it wasnt bad at all... My dad used to work for the garbage burning plant that heated the place, I guess years back he got to go wander around the tunnels and he said down there is quite scary (especially since the place was still open, now it's pretty much empty cept the chemical dependacy part)...

The only place i've been really scared of is a certain old school house outside of town down there... for some reason whenever we were near there shit just seemed to happen, and always got weird feelings..

moorhead highschool has a ton of tunnels and things under the schoo that go out pretty far from the school that i know kids used to sneak into. never heard anything about them being haunted but they sounded pretty creepy ha. and they are definatly real

Yeah, the tunnels leading out from there are the worst. The old bell tower is pretty intense as well....shit like dust kicking up off the ground when there is no breeze and no one in the room besides yourself was what I experienced there. Cold spots in the tunnels that I passed off as just coincidence. The rest of the building(s) is/are fine, but every now and again I'd get a chill for whatever reason. Also, being in the basement where they keep/kept the old shock-therapy devices was pretty insane as well. Looked like old arc-welders with head restraints, wrist straps and ankle straps connected to them.

I've been in those tunnels, it gets pretty tight in there, you have to crawl underneath heating and cooling pipes. It's surprisingly clean and not scary though...

You basically enter in the elevator in the basement, the other side of the door opens to what looks to be the old bomb shelter and enter in the tunnels to the left. The first few hundred feet are lighted, but after that you have to use a flash light. If you follow the tunnels all the way through, you eventually end up in a special ed classroom towards the east end of the building.

We video taped it and went through the whole tunnel system.

Ya, my dad said there was all kinds of torture shit down there... blood on floors and walls.. locked cages with truth serum stuff.. pretty nuts

supposedly there is a place to get into the downtown tunnels, but we had no luck... maybe another time we'll go back and look.. I just wanna be carrying something with and a bright mother fucking spotlight, cause if they are accessible who knows how many homeless ppl/crackheads/methlabs would be down there....
