how many times do i have to say this? my parents don't want me to have a little hot rod. that should be enough times don't u think? i don't have anything against anyone except for the canadian, bluejays, but i don't like to repeat myself!!!

your parents obviously don't know how to deal either... look at what a similar car is selling for on ebay, and then don't pay more than that plus... 15%
go to the dealership with the car you want, and wait until a salesperson talks to you. say you're interested in said car, drive it, and say that you want it. offer $xxxx and wait for a reply, typically a chuckle and denying that it can be done. when they say they can't do that, walk.
DO NOT GIVE IN, you walked right in, didn't waste any of their time, and offered to buy a car for less than what they were hoping to get for it. you would have been an easy sale, but you're walking away... they will stop you and try to deal with you. -
