Same as an STI, intake, turbo, fmic, injectors, exhaust and tune but I can't stop lolling at the bov, that would get old real quick.
15k for the car, and 5k for upgrades, give or take some for condition of car (04+, obviously more for a newer or lower mileage Legacy), and products used.
Fourth gens are too heavy too bother at the track, around 3500 pounds.

There was a really nice white one with a lot of hp/tq on mnsubaru for a fairly decent price....
