You can enable / disable DST in your user options.... It's because its specified to do so in your user option.

I remember at one point, I had to set my time zone to -5 to get it to show the right times...like right now. For whatever reason, being on -6 doesn't show the right times for me...even with DST checked.
Says -5 on the bottom of the page now, but my settings are at -6 so seems like everything is working ok...I know it wasn't at one point tho.

Has to do w/ the time actually set on the server, which I have no control over... they might have some DST setting checked server side that needs to be rectified in the vbulletin software settings
