That IP actually belongs to the MNSCU network. It is a proxy server that (IIRC) all MN colleges and universities go through for web access. Blocking it would block all MNSCU students.

I was trying to make a new id, at school and it wouldn't work so I was
pissed, so I e-mailed you. So since I don't really have a problem with
you, b/c it was nick who originally banned me, and who I should have
directed the e-mail too, or never sent, I opologize. But, you probibly
won't believe me anyway... Even tho I'm admitting I was wrong.I actually just wanted to so why I got banned the last time, but it
looks like the tread is deleted. You're friends with lan and nick, and it
seems to me that is why you took their side in the very beginning. If
you had been there and heard the things they said... maybe this
wouldn't be so.I would just prefer to forget the whole incident, except his ins.
company is trying to get my brother to pay for the new back window and new
back seat. Yes, they want $500 for an "appearance upgrade", how's his
motives looking? Ya, everyone can act like my brother put him through
the window for no reason, but he assulted me for no good reason, and he
got off easy in my opinion. I wouldn't even press charges except he
wants my brother to pay for his mistakes. He needs to stop assulting
people, that's 3 people now that I've heard of being attacked by lan.
Plus he lied to the police and said I hit him first, luckily I have
witnesses I didn't even know that are registered with the police that confirm
what actually happened. Next, lan told multiple people at his school
that he kicked all of our asses... hmmm, no body ever got hit, just
shoved or pushed back into a car.I'm not for beating gay guys, in fact I'm not for fighting at all
unless left no choice, Lan decided to do something stupid when I was just
asking them to leave. He could have stayed in the car. The best part
was one kid jumped out off the back driver's side door, and started
screaming that he was going to kill somebody and then stood there mistified
b/c nobody took him seriously.Anyways, that should be plenty of material for my friends at
fargostreet.com, which I am soooooo obssesed with, to flame me for. I'll have to
barrow someone's id and find a new computer to check it out.enjoy the awesome response

Why does this guy not understand? He needs to realize that he was banned for being an idiot on Fargostreet.com, not because of something that happened outside of the site. If he wouldn't have posted over 100 times a day for a week straight talking about something that very few people on here care about, he probably wouldn't be banned. For those of us who didn't know him or anyone he was fighting with, his whining and bickering was ridiculous. The "poor me, why can't my parents buy me a car" stuff was also pathetic. What a loser!
