Go to Wallworks or Cummins. I don't know if they have transitions or not, but it's worth a shot. If you can keep it out of hardcore boost, you can try a plumbing coupler...but remember the sizes are a bit different...and just clamp the T-bolt down until you can get the part you need lol

Its going on a 5.9 Cummins with aftermarket turbo, exhaust manifold, intake manifold, inter cooler, and all that stuff.

So, major boost holding is needed.
