i was told the cobra had exhaust and a chip, but the road that they were on was a shiity road, lots of rocks, the cobra didn't get any traction at all.

The owner of the Cobra was talking about an estimated 490-510 hp at the wheels for his upcoming dyno appointment. Is that possible with just exhaust work and ECU tuning?? Damn.

I couldnt see a 200whp jump with an exhaust and ecu tuning... i dunno.

I know cobras are 11'sec cars with a few mods.

With a pully swap, it would still be very hard, without a pully swap on the stock eaton unit, not even close, even with full exhaust/headers/intake/chip/ecu work
