I-T gurus (Jim or somebody, help)

Just now, I noticed a bunch of things on FS being highlighted with Clicksor being their host...It highlights words and creates an ad out of them.

How do I get rid of something like this? It appears to be adware.

But all I gotta say is please dont make it like Honda-Tech with these ads placed in the posts and all over with keywords. Really makes it laggy and just...gross.
