I'd like to see you get medical grade. If you do, let me know.

I think there is only one guy in town who actually fills the bottles... what was it? $35 for 10?

I heard the same thing, only it was $50 for a 10 pound bottle. Autowerx and tintmasters both quoted this.

Medical isn't any better, it just won't kill you.

Take them to SLS. It's not on an "individual" basis.

This person we're talking about doesn't give out his phone number, and doesn't have a cell phone just so that he doesn't have everyone in town calling him. He is a really good guy though, just prefers not to be bothered all day every day.

Could be worse, it's 7 something a pound in Minot.

Yeah, but it is also ~ $3.00-$4.00 everywhere else in the US.

It's the price you pay to run it.

Just FYI- If you don't like the rates, go buy your own fill station. Realize that by the time you buy your $1000 filling station w/ scales, then buy your mother bottle for $400, and then refill (w/ 10 lbs remaining in the bottom that you have to pay for but can't get out) @ $x/ a pound- it's not hardly worth it. Then, by the time you figure out how to fill bottles correctly and the 2-3 cylinders you waste when you leave the valve open because you forgot- you'll realize its expensive. Also, tell your insurance company that you are recharging nitrous and watch your rates go up. Then, have OSHA come and fine you for not having the container in a cage and having approved safety area around the "station", etc. So, you will make $10 on one bottle for a $2000 investment and 15-20 minutes of your time. I do not fill for this same reason. Not trying to be a dick, but just inform. 😉

I don't mind paying the $50. I noticed it is cheaper elsewhere in the country, so I was just trying to find the cheapest price, thats all. It would be silly of me NOT to ask is there was a place that sold it cheaper if you knew it was cheaper elsewhere.
