Some things I think you need to seriously consider:

Are you 100% sure you have the technical knowhow to complete an engine swap. Are you REALLY sure... Hmmmmm

Realistically, do you have the money to do a swap right? $1025? Hmm... Engine swaps would be going on like mad if everybody could do it for that.

There's a good website for all of your questions: http://www.honda-tech.com SEARCHING it before asking questions is always helpfull... 99.8% of the time the questions have been asked / answered.

As you previously said, your car is totally stock besides a cd player, speakers and some removed exhaust resonators, perhaps it would be wise to start somewhere a little bit less drastic then an engine swap so your first project. A) Where would you work on the car? B) What are you going to be driving in the mean time? C) How much power are you actually going to gain?
In the past week, you've made several threads asking what you should to your honda, you've inquired about engine swaps, you've talked to many people about the same stuff more then once...
If your asking these questions, I dont think you should be attempting an engine swap, but don't get me wrong, I could be way off:
"haha, no thanks on selling it, i just got it on monday. should i do exhaust before turbo? when should i do a short shifter? Im new to the honda world so i need to hang out with some honda guys."
"Where can i get this intake temperature "chip" that wannabe is talking about?"
From reading your posts, I can infer that you don't really know what route to take yet with your car. Don't worry! It doesnt always come right away, you spoke about doing visual mods, then turbo, then swap... Just save up the money and do what you want!

So there you have it... there's no way your going to be doing a swap for $1025... If your spending that much anyway, why not consider the B16 that is already for sale in fargo that includes it all, plus mods, those mods + engine are worth ALOT more then whatever junk this company is selling.

I have the technical know how to do the swap. I would do it out at my friends shop. I have a 96 taurus wagon that i would drive during the swap work. I have rebuilt a couple motors and redone wiring in a couple cars (1978 Jeep CJ7, 1964 Chevy Pickup hotrod). they may have been older cars but it still gives me the know how to pull a motor and drop one in.

you seem to keep ignoring my requests to see this $400 integra with a b18c...
think you know wiring...get into an import engine(esp honda) and wiring is a whole other story...esp when an engine wasnt made for that car/year...having the technical know how and actually doing it are 2 way different things...just keep that in mind...if you do it great more power to ya...but do your research before you actually tackle it...im not saying you cant do it...and keep in mind the physical swap is generally the easiest part

Having done a few the only thing that you're going to really be able to use to make your life easy is an LS motor. There are no additional wires that have to be ran to get that motor to fire up. It and it's ecu just plug in.
However if you toss VTEC into the mix, and any ecu that requires knock, then you're going to have a healthy chunk of wires to run, unless your car is an EX already.

Easy enough then. The only thing hes going to have to run is a wire for a knock sensor, unless he chips his stock P28. Easy swap.

If I were you I would plan on driving that taurus wagon for a while....and familiarize yourself with the metric section of scheels hardware.

don't bother with scheels for tools, too much $$$. go to pawn shops, 25 cents per socket for metric. buy yourself a bunch of long/deep 10, 12, and 14 mm sockets, a bunch of short 10,12, 14, and 17 mm sockets, a few ratchets (generally $1 each) and a few extenders (long and short, prices vary). why? you're going to loose sockets, it's a fact. good luck.
