This is my last post on this whole topic. Yes, you were involved. No, you didn't just turn the bumper over. We saw you take the bumper then drive around the block 3 different times picking up other shit that had fallen off the car, the police are still looking for you in connection with the accident (i've talked to them) you didn't report shit, you covered shit up.
