Dont know who the guy is, but he has been into Tires Plus in Moorhead many times while I was there, nice car, only drove it into the shop back before he did much. I recalled at the time that he just cut the cat, but yes, he has done a lot of shit to it, not exactly what, but the thing is nice. If I see him again, Ill tell him about the site.
