maybe to him its not a waste of money...remember you spend your money on networking equipment or server fees so you can have LAN parties...maybe he thinks thats a waste?server fees? bah, an obsolete, socket a pc is our server. i've only spent $20 on the switch, and spending money on the equipment doesn't count because the equipment can be used for almost anything. maybe it's because i'm really frugal, but spending $70+ just to play one game seems like a major waste... which is why i stopped playing initial d in the mall, it gets really expensive really fast; and, it's not even as realistic as gt3

i tihnk i drift game would be retarded....you can do it on almost any game.
-
lol mwc1 no you can't you think you can do it in almost every game this is realistic physics drifting so its pretty much like the real thing here, its alot better physics than all those other games such as gt3 and 4 and shit like that. i've been talking to the guy that owns this game and he says that for physics its wayyyy better than any other racing games out there. no not just to sell it either. i duno soon as them taxes hit my hand im buying it then i'll for surely tell you.

I've got a white, limited edition Japanese PS2, with a copy of Kaido Battle: Drift Racer 2. It was made by the same people that did the Tokyo Xtreme Racer series.
The game friggin OWNS. I'm thinking about picking up the Initial D game for my PS2, and the D1 GP game.

Better physics than GT4? Isn't GT4 suppose to be the Ultimate Racing Simulator?

remember what was said about street racing syndicate? need for speed underground 2? juiced? any of these ringing any bells? until you actually PLAY the game and experience for yourself that it's better than gt3 (at least), then why would you believe any of the hype? you should know better by now, music and games with lots of advertising have little to offer.
choose one: gameplay advertisement
as a general rule, if it's pushed hard by the media, it's going to be pretty worthless.
that's why some snes games mop up some ps1 and 2 games, because the new games don't have any gameplay, or they're incredibly shallow and have no replayability. old enough to remember final fantasy: mystic quest? pretty poor compared to the other final fantasy games. lords of the realm 2 for pc? how about warcraft 1?
i'm just trying to convey that the media is your enemy. there's a pretty neat looking book called "everything you know is wrong" that follows this premise

they were pretty accurate about Halo and Halo 2 though...and also GT4. Sometimes they get it right, others they are way off.

I used to game a lot but recently realized that its way more fun just to spend my time w/ my car and my wife.

Mortal Kombat is the best game ever. While Mortal Kombat is a good game, I think Donkey Kong is the best game ever. Donkey Kong sucks. SHUT UP!!
