You know, you're right and I was wrong...it is illegal to use non-pussy fireworks in MN all year long without a permit...I looked it up. I lived there for 18 years and go to the lakes every summer to blow shit loads of fireworks up and always thought it was perfectly legal to do so on the 4th.However, unless you blow fireworks off right next to a cop, you will not get in any trouble.

Yep, I thought the law was that you could only use fireworks that don't fly off the ground....i've been going to the my lake cabin there since i was born...and we always shoot shitloads of fireworks...

there are alot of places in MN that only have 3.2 beer......alot of states are going to 3.2 beer also...they charge the same price...so peopel buy more becuacse it takes more to get drunk then! ....beleive me in 5 years ND will have alot of places with 3.2 beer also
