it is a 300ZX VG30 TT motor in a 240sx...519hp 485tq - 22psi
11.69 @ 125mph - 17psi..My plans are to get it into the 10's on drag radials without opening up the motor (bone stock internally) and on the stock ecu. Right now it just has a pt61 and 555cc injectors on the stock ecu with a SAFC. My plan was to keep it simple, I just had no idea simple could potentially run 10's lol. I made everything for the car; mounts, manifolds, piping, ect. The firewall is completely smoothed/shaved and the brakes now reside under the dash

yep, its 90-96 300zx or z32 Engine which is the VG30DE to be exact. I am a huge Z lover. It looks alot easier to work on in the 240 than in a Z. It looks like the non turbo motor tho with a huge single turbo. I dont know why anyone would do that on a V6.

i think he meant the part about using a v engine design and a single turbo.
i think that's a grand job he's done, and the only complaints from the other board members are about the wheels -
meh, its nice. few guys on AZ240SX posted it a month or so ago. reasons for big single vs. small twins are various. big single is actually better for high HP, not to mention it greatly simplifies plumbing issues.
its much easier to plum all the exhaust into one hole than it is to run dual exhausts, daul intakes, dual intercoolers, 2 oil drains, 2 oil lines, 2 coolant lines.....
also, have you ever worked on a 300zxTT? I have, its a goddamn nightmare. half of the porblem is the suspension tho. it hogs up too much engine bay room. I actually have MOST of the parts to put a VG30DE into an S13 if I can find a shell at a decent price. stole them all off of an Infiniti J30, including the front crossmember/engine mounts. got a 5 speed transmission from a Z31 300zx and also took all of the 5 lug suspension stuff off of a J30. would be pretty trick, even NA if I could find a decent shell or blown motor for not an arm and a leg.
