Alright... umm... so heres what's gonna have to happen...
I'll be doing some calling around tomorrow, for people who are going FOR SURE. I can't have maybes. Its not like regular hotel reservations where you can cancel and stuff, we have to sign a group contract. If I can't get enough people FOR SURE tomorrow, then everybody will be on thier own to book thier rooms.

I got three rooms cheap at the hampton inn and suites. Two are for kevin and one is for tufte. The rest are going to be 99 canadian. I think johnson got one room at 89. I think jim is staying with kevin. www.hilton.com to book the rooms if you want them.

so then what was the point of jim making this thread? I didn't bother making a reservation because I assumed that he was taking care of it.

I think Jim called around and no one would give him a deal. I just started my new job and came across that I can book at any Hilton hotel dirt cheap for a couple of rooms. This is about the best rate he could find anyways. 89 or 99 a night is the rate that they have now.

That would have been nice to know when he found out. I was under the assumption it was all taken care of.

Well they still have rooms, book one if you would like to. I posted a link to the hotel. This isnt my battle, I am not even going. Miscommunication is the biggest problem here. I was just trying to help out.
