I'm looking to get some moderate engine work done, and I'm looking for a good import mechanic who knows his honda engines. Must have reasonable prices, quality work, and enjoy long walks on the beach.

Basically, where do you guys go when you need engine work on your imports?

    They call me, old man...

Engine work? Brian at Sturdevants is the man IMHO. If you need someone to pull it, any of the shops in town would be fine I'd imagine. I've had work done by Caleb @ Type R (located on 7th ave N) as well as Tintmasters. Thats not to say SLS, Autowerx, Team, Roadsounds, etc... would be a bad choice either. I go to Type R cuz Caleb and I go back about 10 years and I go to Tintmasters because I trust that Shane knows what he's doing on WRX's (and because he is a little faster than Caleb is) since he owns one.

But like I said, any of the shops in town may be able to assist you.

What type of engine work are you looking for? Are you talking like internal shit? Or bolt on type work. Hit me up PM style, I'm a Honda god....... LOL yeah right, but I could just as well claim it like a lot of other people do. Honestly though I'd be willing to help out, I do know a thing or 2.

based on what i've seen, i recommend going to autowerx or sls. troy's civic is mechanically in great shape, and sls has a couple of excellent hondas. i've heard talk of a couple cars from tintmasters, but i have to claim a lack of info prevents me from commenting on them
