Hopefully he got his shit strait and isn't drinking and driving anymore, if he is he's got issues, but if he is out running around still, he hasn't gotten a dui for several years, How many of you have driven without license or insurance? Back in the day when people were raised in nd it was common to be followed home by the cops just to make sure you made it home ok. If you live a large portion of your life like that, it is tough to change, my prev post said that they are cracking down, How many people drink on this site? How many drive afterwards? 2 beers can put you over the limit, damn near everyone I've met has been over and driven at some point for one reason or another, just don't pigeon hole the guy for having several dui's when it was the norm and not a big deal back then, He didn't get a dui in the story told, the cop just knew he didn't have his license and stopped him, nothing about being drunk, if I miss-read that please correct me.

Hmmmm, pigeon hole? He had no liscense and was still DRIVING with an open container and drug paraphernalia. He's an idiot. Plain and simple.Smoking used to be common by pregnant women. Does that mean we should say that since it used to be common it is ok by today's standards? Just because "back in the day" drinking and driving was somewhat acceptable does not make it any more acceptable today.

^^my bad forgot about the open container and drug para, he is a fucking retard, thanx for bringin that up. Fuck him, he should be in jail. But he still didn't get another dui out of that did he? If he did, he's got prison time coming, well deserved.
