rally cross in ND

So what's the actual location, they seem to be kinda vague on where it will actually take place, besides Devils Lakes

you seem to underestimate, i've seen my share of fwd and rwd rally cars

It's not a "rally" like one would think. It's a "race" from one point to another, but w/ a set of fairly strict rules one must follow.

From what I remember you are allotted x amount of time to get from point a to point b, and you dont want to be faster than that time, and you dont want to be slower than that time.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

i think it's something like that... which is partially what i was getting at. i didn't read everything, but i would guess it's something like the sport "orienteering"

with speed limits im guessing?
"Come rally race north dakota with our rolling hills and long winding dirt roads and speadlimits of 25 mph sure to be a tight racing environment" i can see something bad like this taking place lol
