Hey, I'm looking for a 99-02 Cougar with a manual, preferably a v6, good shape, decent price..let me know if you have any in mind.

not true. there is a 99-00 v6 manual for sale up here in GF for $2900! Only problem is, it needs about 5g's to fix the body work.
I had one, and boy did I love it. Good luck on finding one.
