grrrrr....my shattered window

This happened monday mourning....

As I left the dentist around 9:45 am I started to back out and looked back and saw that my rear passenger window was completely shattered. I am ruling out someone trying to break in just because it was at a dentist at about 9am and there were people working on the lawn across the street but who knows. but I did find on the window where something hit it. Grrrr... and I just got it tinted too.

hey don't forget. We will re-tint your window for free. Gotta like that abuse warranty......... Just give us a call and when you come in make sure you bring in your warranty info and your invoice.

That sucks, perhaps maybe the people across the street hit a rock with the mower? But if somebody did it on purpose I hope you find out who it was and kick them in the junk.

Yeah I think all glow is right. Those mowers can chuck shit really far.

I think both you guys are right. I used to have my own mowing company, and had some interesting experiences with rocks. My best distance record is 400 feet, no joke. The lots i was working on were 100 feet each and it flew 4 lots, and broke a brand new blade. I some how found the rock when i went on the last lot, and it was cut in half :eek:

That is exactly what happened to me at work on Wednesday. Brian (99slowgsx) and I were sitting at our desks and this guy walks in to our office and says to Brian "Sorry to tell you this but I was mowing outside, ran over a rock and it got shot through your window." Brian was like "Oh fuck, are you sure it was my red Eclipse?" The guy says "No, black Accord."
It sucked but they owner of the company paid for my new window out of his pocket.

Sorry to hear that happened Hondagirl. Try Glass Guys in West Fargo. They only charged $140 for my driver's side window and had it completely done in 1.5 hours.

yeah, my cousin (who owns Do-Right Auto Body) ordered my window already it came to like 100$ or close to it. Yeah that is prolly what happened.. still makes me mad!

I agree about the mowers, there was a girl on base that got a rock launched at her hand by one of the mowers. Her hand didn't heal for almost 2 months!
