itll be about 4-5k id say...your gonna want a motor from the japanese Nissan Pulsar GTI-R because it is fwd...im not sure how all that bolts up but he needs to get on the internet and start doing his research...

it all depends on what he wants, if he wants a fmic or the stock tmic on them also there was an sr20 in some jappaniese bluebirds and they were fwd. use ebay to look but no t to buy.i remeber that fwd stuff was about $400 cheaper than rwd stuff. also consider buying front clip then u get the jdm radiator and stuff and well make it easier unless you want to spend lots of time making hoses and stuff. before buying do a lot of research on what you need and what all need to changed so there is less supprises
