call ruth at the jaz hair studio. shes the owner of the place and is pretty damn good. dunno about fades and blends but it wouldnt hurt to ask.

Go to Josef's School of Hair Design on NP...$4.80 haircut for students, plus there's cute girls there too! I've had pretty good luck there, but my brother got butchered once - boy did he look funny!
