well I'm no expert here by anymeans. but I thought the 6cyl ones had nothing on the bumper or maybe just mustang, the 8's have mustang GT on the bumper and dual exahuast. and the Cobra's are the good ones, with all the engine parts in them, the only ones that are really fast. But how has been shown many times on this site before any car can be fast. swap engines, mod the one you have, turbo, blower, NOS. just depends on how much you wanna spend, so stock looks can be very decieving.

The 99+ Mustangs all say Mustang except for the Cobra I think. I heard that car and I didn't hear any supercharger whine but it was loud but not ear-splitting loud. I think I should just harass them for the hell of it.

There is a 05 GT at my work too and I think he wants to play.

ask them if he's got a V-tec in it. see if you can piss him off by aquating it to an import.

01 and newer Cobra's are supercharged
99 cobra will say "mustang" on the rear bumper
96-98 cobra will have "cobra" on bumper
00 and up will have "cobra" on the rear bumper

almost positive, that if it dont say cobra on the bumper, then its fake.

my bad on the 01...the blown cobra's were built 05-06-02 and up...the rear cobra bumper was used on late 2000's to 2004

Both of these cars have SVT badges though.
