if the 2000 civic is 4 lug then yes they will more than likely work since these are 4 lug universal.. umm im keeping the tires but he could prob buy some new tires for around 250... what town are u in?? im in minot.. let me know if he is still interested in them..thanx

Do they have any curb rash or dings scratches....etc...

i dont think they are curbed...the guy that had them before me spray painted them white.. so some of the white paint is coming off...but like i said.. i can get them powdercoated any color u want for 120 bucks anytime u want..

still have the rims for sale.. im also throwing in a set of tires with them.. the tires arent in that good of condition but u should be able to drive on them for a couple.. maybe a few months.. so $250 for the rims and u get a set of tires free lol
