Definition Of A Ricer!

What is your definition of a ricer?
i use to think that it was all the imports til i learned more about it all once i got into it.
Everyone has own meaning like ive heard people say all of us imports are ricers, and then the ones who have huge spoilers are, and so on
I personally think that someone who trys to pimp out a POS car is a ricer so therefore i am a ricer but someone has to do the job right
Also if i bought a 92 civic HB and did a complete gsr swap, full custom exhuast, fix the small amount of body work so looks new and paint millano red (spelling) with some metallic flake, cf mirrors, cf oem hood, JDM tails, JDM cf roof spoiler, maybe cf hatch, gauges, short shifter, system, tint, seats, struts and sways, springs, and 16 inch rota slipstreams would i be consider a ricer if that is what i had
