Don't get me wrong, I've done some UGLY fiberglass work, but my worst box is 1000000X better than that thing.

Oh you could make that look good w/ some bondo but it'd probably weigh 200lbs when you were done.

If I was put in charge or making that look good with bondo, I'd just make a new box. 🙂

the only "wavey texture" enclosure I can ever recall making on purpose was for the 1994 Pioneer "Black ICE" van @ Mobile Dynamics in Toronto. The way we did that was take a Chevy Panel Van, gut the interior completely exposing the ribs, then filling the area between the ribs with 2 part expansion foam and pressing in various Pioneer components (remotes, face plates, grilles, changers, etc...) while the foam was still curing. After it all got done curing we masked off the components and applied multiple layers of fiberglass resin to the foam before giving it a final coat of thick clear epoxy....then we bottom and top lit the thing w/ black lights.

Hmmm. A paper mache speaker box. Its better than the one made out of a log though.

that isn't paper mache, it is a shitty fiberglass job.
