I would like to think my car looks better than that one.

Besides, that one looks like a project car, it has 180K miles and needs work.

I don't need goo gas mileage, I just need a car that gets better mileage than my current beater, which gets 6-8 mpg.

Buy my Jetta! I have a 97 Jetta VR6 for sale right now with some goodies on it. I'll post it up in the classifieds section. Great car for winters, great on gas, and it performed great at the autocross too!

Yes, but I want a nicer car than that. I am not really looking for a toy, I want a car that is nice to drive/ride in. A car a lot like the SC300, if not the SC300.

Once you go German, there is no going back. The VR6 VWs are more like Audis than anything else. If you have not driven an Audi, then go drive one, I am firmly convinced that if more people gave German cars a chance, the Japanese automakers would really be hurting for sales. Oh wait, German cars are expensive, never mind.

I like Audi's, but they are REALLY expensive as well.

How espensive are SC300's for up keep?

honestly, i like german cars more than asian imports. some may not be quite so fast, but for the most part theyre much more smooth and comfortable.

                                  WRONG WRONG WRONG

European cars are overpriced, and un-reliable. When an american car manufacturer has better reliability then you... your doing something wrong. European cars are some of the worst cars to get. Yes they perform good, feel good, look good. But are you prepared to pay out your ass when it breaks down? Which will happen much sooner than later.

After owning an american car, and reading that european car reliability sucks.. im going with the japanese vehicles from now on. Not to mention aftermarket parts for european cars are retartedly expensive.

                                  I ride random bitches.

Unfortunately, there is more than a little truth to your retort. The new market for european cars are hideously expensive and hard to work on. The old days are over. I remember even the 90s, when euro cars were easy to work on, reliable as hell, and not very expensive (though more expensive for cars & parts than domestic). Since the turn of the century, that is all gone and a nightmare of bullshit is in it's place. I concede.
