    yeah man, i was gonna go the ITBS route but im not gaining to much on a stock engine with ITBS. plus its a shit load to gain maybe 15 to 25 hp. I think im gonna go with the turbo route. maybe a little more at the beginning but hey im looking at 300 plus whp with a gt3071, i like that turbo after reading over and over again.

    RSX TYPE S...HAS FINALLY COME.

      If you are looking for cam rocket motorsports is the way to go. Great prices that have been dyno proven over and over to make 10whp over itr's, plus they are capable of making great power on stock compression.

          Not very many honda's make it over 300 whp NA unless you have a ton of money into it. That kinda power, you'd be better off going a turbo route, and to be safe, replace the rods and pistons with ones designed for turbo, plus a headgasket that will help lower the compression. You'd be looking around 3-5g's this way, compared to costs in the 10's of thousands.

              if u like the way a car will sound with mods and shit i woudl get a good set of itb's when thoes bitchs open there pimp i like it more then a bov but ya the 2500 isnt worth the 25-40 extra hp.

              if u do turbo ur ride make sure u at least sleeve the block its while worth the time and money to be able to run more then 8-10 psi

              and about the thread qustion toda's products are some of the best out there for b-seires motor havnt heard much about the k and i dont think they make anythign for the h's. if u do go all motor look into jun to they make some badass shit

                the site has been changed since i last visited, and prices on cams have gone up as well. if you email and ask, i think they have dyno graphs of the same setup with different cams (jun, type r, toda, and ib spec).

                    either way i go, its going to be a hefty penny. Damn lol, 4 k for 30 hp or 5 k for 150 hp? Well at least im learning something new each time i read.

                      well, assuming that you have decent i/e (which you appear to have), the ib spec cams should give you quite a jolt, based on the claims
