O.K. so I'm checking out some user profiles (including my own) and I notice a referals spot and notice that some have a number next to it and others have a zero. I just want to know how they get there and how I can give a referal to a fellow member.

if you were referred to the site by someone else...when they sign up they can put your user name in and it gives you a referral...
