            it depends if your insurance company check your driving record. i had a speeding ticket 4 years ago and they just checked my record this year because of my accident. since all my points are back from it they didn't raise it. :d

                  Violations dont usually show up on insurance until your policy runs out, then when they renew it, they check for violations and thats when your insurance goes up.
