Obviously no response to that thread isn't an option. I know that whoever typed that, is looking to have an internet face off, but I simply don't have time to do that. Shane read all of the posts, and relied on me to respond maturely and to the point. He has been in business for over 10 years, building tintmasters, and takes things to heart when smack is spoke directly against his empire. I think everyone needs to know how we do business so that if anything in the future arises, it can be addressed in the proper manner, instead of through the internet. Plain and simple tintmasters offers a lifetime warranty on all labor performed. If you bring us a product to be installed on your car, and after the installation you feel something was done poorly, we NEED to know. If you bring your vehicle here for a tint job or autostart, and something is subpar or broken when you recieve the vehicle, you need to bring it back RIGHT AWAY and let us know. The one thing that we will never say, is that we don't break stuff. Although we take nearly every precaution possible to avoid damaging stuff, in this industry it is impossible to go through business without breaking stuff. But we have never turned away a customer and told them 'tough luck'. We have had customers in the past try and pull a fast one on us, and tell us that we broke something when we knew it was broken previously to the install, but those instances are rare. However even in those instances we work with the customer to try make them happy in the end. This ongoing problem with Mustangdude is very odd, because we don't know what all he/she is upset about. We mounted some tires on his wheels that were spraypainted black, but Shane didn't recall doing any damage to the wheels/tires in the install. However if he did, we NEED to know about it, so we can keep a strong reputation! We also tinted the windows on their probe, and noticed that both the door panels were missing many of the screws/clips that hold the panel on, but if he/she felt we did something wrong, we NEED to know about it. There isn't a single shop in town that has not broke things while in business, it is simply impossible, but I think everyone is pretty lucky to have honest shops in this town that work on their cars. SLS, Team, Autowerx, Us, etc... have all had problems and I know they do their best to work out the issues, but to go on the internet and tell the world about the issues before the shop has a chance to address the issues is unfair. I speak for tintmasters, and any other shops are free to express how they feel, in saying that if you ever feel like you recieved poor quality service, or product that you let us know immediately. Bottom line!

Also, I want Mustangdude to know that even though you have called our models whores, made our shop look terrible, and make our work look even worse, we STILL offer the same warranty to you as anyone else, and will help resolve the issues you have if you wish to come into the shop and explain them to us.

All I can say is there age and immatureaty(spellcheck) really show on there posts and the fact that they come on here and start shit just further enforces that. I for one have had work done at TM , although not alot, just a timing belt and valve adjustment but the guys at TM went outta there way to do the best job they could do and give me the best price available and get it done in a timely manner. I've got nothing but good to say about these guys, keep up the great work, and thanks for helping support the tuner culture in a light and positive manner.

        Cyril Figgis: Call girl!
Sterling Archer: No Cyril! When they're dead they're just hookers!

I've herd nothing but good things about Tintmasters. I don't even know why they didn't issue the problem with you guys, but instead, they acted like children about it... nicely said by the way, maybe they will what you said into consideration and come talk to you guys next time instead of be immature and talk shit
