Tony... I don't think putting non premium gas in to a car that says it needs it is a good idea. Joel... the best way to get good gas milage is to GET OFF THE PEDAL! More coasting! The night of the BBQ I went through 10 gallons of gas. Why? Becuase i was on the gas almost the entire time. That's like... 3-5mpg. To get good gas milage you should shift lower, then if its possible put it in neutral and coast where you don't need acceleration.

It's all about the way you drive. I can either get ~300 miles on a tank, or 150... depending on the speed / how fast I accelerate.

Looking for another car already? You may want to take in to consideration the taxes and shit you have to pay

My car is weird. If I go easy on it I get about ~200 mi per tank...maybe just a little over. If I rod on it I get the same its the wierdest thing. Im still on the tank that I ran at the BBQ and even will all the hard accel and crap I will still get about 200 mi to the tank. I dunno wtf its problem is. Being AWD and an Auto it eats gas :x

LoL...I think Nick T jinxed you. When you were racing he was talking about how 14B's blow all the time. That 18 PSI was probably not the most healthy thing for it. :x

Yeah, but thats on a bigger turbo then a 14B. After about 20 a 14b starts shooting super heated air and losses alot of it efficiency.

18psi on the 14b is just about as far as it can go to maintain efficiency, i run mine at 19... though my smic is a little bigger

                                  I HIGHLY disagree....
more power casn be made in the lower 20's if the air is cool. throw logic out the window...

also, i heard the 14b can spike to 30psi....

that's another matter altogether. with a big fmic, the 14b can produce power upwards of 20psi, but it's a matter of filling that huge space with pressure.

any turbo can produce huge psi ratings, just don't use a wastegate
