Black 96-00 civic

Today driving down 13th I saw a 96-00 Honda Civic black, black rims, tinted really dark windows, small spoiler. It might have been a Si. IDK. Gave me and a friend a crazy ass stare down. Nice clean civic though. Anyone know about it? Mods wise?
