Cheap car wanted.

I'm looking for a cheap car that will be good for winter. And by cheap I'm looking for something in the up to $1500 range. If it's decent I'd pay up to that much, if not, it's gotta be cheap. Nothing RWD either. I'd prefer an import, but if I have to I'll take something american. Please include a pic. Thanks.
