Looking for a good car

Well the blazer I baught for my girlfriend crapped out so now she needs something else.
Here's the main things it needs, Has to be front wheel drive or 4 wheel drive, fuel injected and a automatic.
Prefer rust free or very little rust, has to be in good mechanical condition, needing no work now or in the near future.
And on price, I would like to spend 3K or less.
I am looking for something that she can drive for many years, not another car that will last a year or less.
