Storm + AWD = Fun

I went to my grandma's house to plow snow from 10:30pm-11:30pm. I look up and saw a pair of lights coming down the sidewalk infront of the boys dorm ndsu.
I didnt think much of it until it got real close. I look over and see a white cav which stop because. There was a big drift of snow on the sidewalk. I heard a female voice say we cant go any further.
It started turning left to get onto univ but didnt make it. The car got stuck in snow which wasnt very deep in my opinion. This is were it gets entertaining 4 college age women get out and start laughing non stop.
The laughing lasted 10 minutes before acouple of guys in pickups pulled over and help. What bugs me that they didnt try to get the car out. I couldve rock that car out easily with the amount of people they had.
I was going to help but I was hopeing for a FPD unit to pull up. We all know about the FPD they didnt show up. Where the hell are they when you need them!
All was not lost I help a dozen or so cars that were stuck in snow drifts around ndsu. Mostly cav,sunfires,park avenue's etc small light fwd cars. I towed them out with my tow rope I keep in the back of my astro. They gave me money which I didnt feel like taking but they insisted me keeping it. I made some gas money yesterday.
We need more storms.

My friend and his roomate took their truck out and pulled out probably 30 cars last night, and didn't accept a single dime.

The only FPD units that were out durring the storm was the suberban, expedition, ram, and blazers. There cars wouldnt be able to go anywhere. So there werent very many out at all. One of them was chewing a driver at pizza hut out because they were still delivering. Plus he had to pull her out of a snow bank.
