Thats shit is banging,but he said he was from the "okland/bay-area? Is that really "somewhat local? or did he originate here or the cities? im lost? It doesnt have to EMINEM i just put that for my track cuz BIG AND EM rip it thats all. I consider that one of the best "colabs" back in the 90's. But once again that shit is tight,he's got hella flo.

He is from Cali, but he is now located in the Twin Cities. As far as I last heard he is working with RSE, and even put on a show this summer in fargo with a lot of other locals in Min.
Nice to hear it caught your ear. Eyedea and freinds tour this summer is the tour he was on. here is a link to Eyedea and his ill Flow. By far one of my most favorite MCS to date. He won the the Blaze Battle broadcast on HBO in 2000, he is very talented, kills it on the Mic by far one of the best live MC's to see live to date. Aint nuttin better than the shit from the WEST COAST,they need to come out with some more artist and "take over" for a while.I'm still waiting for "DETOX'' to be released but with the G-UNIT & GAME beef its slowed down production,and on top of that DRE has some new artist that joined AFTERMATH so he's re-doing some of the cd.From what i heard last....

Atmostphere is midwest yes. Nothing wrong with Slug and Ant, all the headshots are some amazing $hit for there day. Los Nativos and Spawn were some of there good days.IMO
Midwest Hip Hop has caught my ear in a big way as of late. Sure there are alot of $hity local acts in the TC but there are a ton of good ones also. Plus Madison is on the map also with a few acts.
Just sick of Ganstar cRap and mass marketed Radio filth. Most of them couldnt drop a rhyme if there life depended upon it. Besides the paper they are reading it off of. -
