hey GD BTW, how do you expect to "deck out" your tiburon, working where you work, and not even being able to pay back the money you owe to people. Just curious, your older then me and have to turn around and sell shit that isn't yours? That's pathetic.

Where do you work again? Before you start talking shit about me again get your shit straight. Oh and jim also get your shit straight... There was never an auto put in the SVT focus it came with a 6-speed getrag transmission.
The focus comes with a slew of modifications that out rank what is offered on the tiburon for the price. My focus was $17,500 out the door with every option offered except the recaro race seats, crappy orange or yellow special edition paint, and the dark argent 17-spoke wheels. Not to mention its a collector car which only 1900 were made... I have the certificate of authenticity to prove this. The tiburon is a massively produced car and doesnt come with half the added pluses the SVT focus comes with. And id like to see you go to gateway find a GTV6 with the sportmatic for under $20,000 out the door. And my focus has a 5yr/100k powertrain warranty which I doubt ill use half as much as GD.
I have raced cars with 200+ hp and run my car at the track I have a time slip for a 16.0 run trapping at 91mph which is shit but my 1st gear was long... traction controll is on no matter what and it was before I had my bypass switch and any wheel spin the car bogs hard. Jim run me from a roll im sure you will be impressed from a 40drop. From a dig my car is slow mainly for the fact of my 1st gear.
Gravedigger you really need to think before you start taking personal jabs at me. You dont have very many credentials that make you an outstanding person. And for the pure fact that tera and drake have both called you about that bunk system that you sold them and you havent paid them back or called them about it makes you one hell of a lowlife in my book.

I hope this thread stays open as long as possible. GD needs to have some sense slapped into him. Oh and GD you better be ready to pay tera and drake back along with some other people because drake is fed up and he is going to be taking you to court.

Tjamz, only reason why I'm mad is he WILL not respond to my calls about the previous stated transaction. He purchased some sound equipment from a friend (amizheeze) and actually did not even purchase, he took the equipment and sold it to me when I was not aware of the story behind the equipment; anyways the equipment was faulty and he will not refund.
Sorry for the back drama, just not sure on what I should do in this situation. But now I realize I will simply take it to small claims court and the matter resolved there.

dont take it to court if its not over $1k..you can tell you've never been to court...SMALL CLAIMS...as in LITTLE SHIT..as in a couple of hundred of Dollars.

I just talked to John Goff former prosecuting attourney of ND, and since I have the check documented made out to you, and the equipment was faulty, and we had an orgal agreement upon transaction that the equipment was in working condition it is a case. So it's up to you, as for the 1k limit, your absolutely right, thats why when you take it to small claims you sue the costs occured for trial (IE Salaray compensation for Mr.Goffs time) which will equate over the $1k mark. -
