Really is that so? Actually kind of nice thing in life is when your family has lawyers on payroll. They get paid to sit here and do this kind of stuff year round, goes with the business
I just talked to John Goff former prosecuting attourney of ND, and since I have the check documented made out to you, and the equipment was faulty, and we had an orgal agreement upon transaction that the equipment was in working condition it is a case. So it's up to you, as for the 1k limit, your absolutely right, thats why when you take it to small claims you sue the costs occured for trial (IE Salaray compensation for Mr.Goffs time) which will equate over the $1k mark. -
