A heads up to any body from/goes to/knows anybody from Valley City

One of the cops from New Rockford will be starting work up in valley city soon. His name is Dana Rustebakke(sp) and he's a serious prick. Since he will be new I can pretty much assume he will pull the same shit he did here when he started. Pulling people over for any and all reasons no matter how small, he loves to run plates just to see who a person is, he has no PR skills to speak of and he was a serious brown noser to sheriff here, I don't know what the sheriff in valley is like but when he was here he did no wrong, he got a DUI and he was still allowed to keep his job. I did notice through my observations is that when people stood up to him he usually left them alone, you can use your own judgement on that one though, I hold no responsibility for any negative outcomes.
I also think he was paranoid because he even wore his bp vest when he was off duty. What this all boils down to is that he was the nerdy kid in school that got picked on all the time and now he hides behind his badge and abuses his authority. On any busy busy night when there's a lot of people around, for him to show off to, he will defineatly make his presence known.Sterling Archer: Oh my god! You killed a hooker!

I think overtime they get more bitter about their jobs and they become bigger pricks.
