Low Retail Value
A low retail vehicle may have extensively visible wear and tear. The body may have dents and other blemishes. The buyer can expect to invest in bodywork and/or mechanical work. It is likely that the seats and carpets will have visible wear. The vehicle should be able to pass local inspection standards and be in safe running condition. Low retail vehicles usually are not found on dealer lots.his friend checked the car out inside and out he had no complaints only compliments, he purchased the car below low retail, it came with an extra set of summer wheels and tires other than the factory bmw wheels with new snow tires. he was informed about the sunroof, i have no idea why it was siliconed, the last owner must have feared a leek ( not my doing) you got what you paid for.

No I shouldnt expect to invest in body work when I was clearly told NO DENTS.
KBB private party value in GOOD condition is 2600, go ahead anybody look it up. I defianetaly paid plenty for the car.
I also seem to remember you telling me it was easily worht $4500 and the High retail value, but now suddenly after its paid for its low retail to you.
This is all besides the point. Point is I was told by YOU, the seller, that there was no dents, and no tears in the leather but the driver seat. So when it gets here with 3 dents (one substantial) and the passenger seat it ripped all the way across, wouldnt you be upset and feel ripped off?
And like I said the spare "summer" wheels are worthless as one has a different size tire on them.

Not trying to get in the middle of this but why did your friend not look at it for you and tell you what it looked like himself? Honestly, I would WAY rather have my friend look at a car and tell me what he saw etc than trusting pretty much any seller. It just makes sense.
