I love the butons(reply,quick,quote,etc.) and fonts and so on but there seems to be an awful lot of white. Maybe some more color is in order. Thought I might mention seen as how your upgrading. Other than that one thing everthings looks to be coming together nicely.
A home page will be a great addition, something schnazzy to draw some more people to the site.
