These are not people he pyshically knows their just his "internet" friends and from what i've taken from reading all the posts he knows nothing of them just taking posts from elsewhere im posting them here w/ "hot deals" claims of being legit parts when in fact no idea what they are. He posts on damn near every forced induction thread on Honda-Tech. If these were his parts or his "friends" parts he should know the details and specifics on them. On the turbo post on Honda-Tech he's asking if the turbo has shaft play. If its his or his buddies why does he need to ask this? Just because you see a good deal on another site doesn't you mean you post it here claiming its yours or your buddies when in fact you have no idea who the owner is or if the part is legit, it just looked like a deal. IMO you should not be able to list parts that are not yours, nor should you be able to list them if you dont know for a fact what they actually are. Like the specifics on turbo its claimed to be a garrett, then a turbonetics, when you can clearly look @ it and tell its neither of the 2. Secondly the size of the turbo is unknown. Its got a .42AR comp housing and a .48AR turbine housing, whoopty do, that means damn near nothing.
I just figured id post about that turbo to save someone from buying a piece of junk because thats exactly what it is, its a knock off piece, then come to find out the seller does not even own the piece and has no actual idea on the condition.

ban me if you want...i'm not trying to screw anyone over w/ the things i'm selling. I was merely helping a few people sell things. I "know" Scott over the internet (the guy w/ the H22 parts), but barely know the guy with the T3. I was talking with him about trading some parts a while back and when he was getting rid of the T3, i talked to him and he told me a price. I posted that price on the different sites for him. I never claimed any of that stuff to be mine.....ever.
Im not trying to scam anyone......

I guess this is my take on it:
- If you post something for sale in the classifieds, it had better be owned by the person selling it.
- If something is posted for sale in the classifieds, the seller should be in the greater ND, SD, MN area, as we have members from all 3 of the states. Hell, even Winnipeg could be included.
- If you have -zero- knowledge of what you are selling, you should get some before you list it, or else dump the part for little to no money.
Like Tufte has said, I've seen Schister post shit for sale on -every- board that I frequent; for random "bumped" classifieds that he has posted in on Honda-Tech. It's annoying enough on the other boards, leave it off of this one. Common sense says that if it's not yours, don't list it for sale, don't post it for a buddy if you're not willing to get your ass kicked if they dont deliver on the parts, etc...

Depends of the actually know the person and the item, or if its just some random person they've talked to online. If you personally know someone and know the details of the item its a little different then not having any idea the details and or the condition of an item your selling for some random person you've talked to online.
