With the license plates 'No Far'...dont ask what exactly means, but it definately dont mean it can keep up with an STi from a stop.
Either way, dude drives like a maniac, keep an eye for him...And i saw our famous brown neon guy, almost rear ends me switchin lanes on 13th ave and tryin to race me...

Is this the same brown neon guy who has black "racing" strips down the middle and an ugly ebay can of a muffler? if so, he came up to me the other day at a stop and "floored it" acting like it is the shit. I just watched the thing slowly move ahead and farting along in traffic. Just shook my head.

i dont think it has racing stripes, but it has an ebay muffler and the trunk is dented up pretty nicely, i can see why. -
