Lawyers 33%-45% charge

I talk to a lawyer this week and told me that he gets 33% and up to 45% of a lawsuit.
I suppose that this is the going rate? Dont think I can get someone for 15%?

The one I got look just like a normal person. Normal car and normal clothes.
The thing is you ask for a big amount of money and you dont get it. Ask for to little bit and the lawyer is the only one that makes out.
Guess thats life. I will see how it goes....

one of mine is 150 an hour..
the other is $100 an hour..
