Well with the SI engine my ebay fart can now sounds like a weed wacker with no muffler, so I need something different to make it a little quieter.

I thought about it, and I may have to go that way, cause it sounds really bad now. Would definatly get a ticket if I drove in Fargo, lol. I never knew swapping engines would change the exhaust tone that much, when from quite with the ebay fart can to crazy loud with the same exhaust.

So if I hade a whole new exhaust system made, what would be the good option to go?

After I had Tufte do my exhaust on the Miata, I thought it was too loud with the Magnaflow muffler so I just welded in a thrush glasspack and used it as a resonator and it quieted it down considerably while keeping some decent tone. You may want to try something along those lines.

Thanks, I am gunna take it to the exhaust shop tomarrow, cause i want to drive the car and it isn't street legal now, even with the silencer in. I like the glasspack idea, i'll have my guy try that.
